Congratulations to Emily Tyrrell, one of our strength athletes of the year, for placing 3rd at the Track and Field West Regional meet in the javelin and getting a new school record throw of 170'-10" (52.06m). Emily is now headed to Nationals in Eugene Oregon for the first time.
All of her hard work is paying off, wish her luck!
